Out of curiosity is there any way they can have one modem dedicated to a phone and one modem dedicated to my internet? i know this sounds wierd but i've pretty much exhausted all my possiblities and am getting very frustrated >
That's a good question. I've never had to ask them that. You could give it a shot, but you'd have to ask a local tech, not a person on the phone, they'd never know.
