It is. The fastest i've ever seen with my Sprint EV-DO card is ~2.7Mbps. On average I get between 2-2.5Mbps. »Re: How's your speed for May?

I've tested AT&T, Sprint and Verizon and Sprint has always came out on top here in Kansas City.
