Thanks for the info. The City of Fredericksburg runs on TWC, and I can get a trace etc. from any number of local coffee shops, nearly all of which run off of (shh, residential) TWC. Not terribly enthused about using the same network that powers cable customers around here, but if the prices they're quoting me are legit then there really is no better option. |

Golden, CO | Cable. TWTC apparently gold-plates their networks. At least, that's what they must be doing to justify charging more than InterNAP for bandwidth. |
