Woodland Hills, CA | registration A tech showed up because it was a brand new line separate from your old one. They cant just turn off the dailtone and its done. Tech has to establish a new loop and reterminate ur inside wiring the new dsl line as the old one now most likely has a QDT (quick dialtone) 911 only. Tariff regs do not allow a qdt to be replaced by a dry loop. Also you were promped to call customer service to re register because your new account had not been registerd after a period of time. It is able to be registered with your previous account info however. |
