There's only 6 months difference between the two accounts, and the older one only had 4 posts.
Both show as being in their "7th year".
Personally, I'd stick with the newer one, especially since you already paid to take that one premium.
More people know you under the Chiyo  name than the wweboy198 one.
If you're ready for a change, you can change the name of the new one.
