AT&T 2701HG-B NAT Problem?

Computerquip @sbcglobal.net	AT&T 2701HG-B NAT Problem? I came home today to some slow internet. When I opened up CMD and pinged a random server, it showed I had 30% loss. As my wireless for my parents computer keeps going up and down and we both have about 70% packet loss (I have direct connection though CAT-5 cable), I'm starting to get frustrated. I've simply reset the router, I've done virus scans, and I've checked the logs. Unfortunately, I HATE HATE HATE AT&T support or 2Wire since they both have treated me like an idiot in the past. These look pretty good... but maybe something is hiding. Rate:3008/512 Max:10644/1160 Margin:12.0/15.0 Atten:21.4/11.5 P This could be part of your wireless issue: Wireless channel set to 1 Wireless power set to 250 Try channel 2 and power 10 (400) or channel 10 power 10... stay away from channel 1 and 11.
