anon : Their web site is a pain aint it.
The trick is to go to the bit where it says find local office. If you try for support on the site you just get a page of junk.
The UK number is 0845 607 7787 which will put you straight through to india and someone will read the instruction manual to you !

anon : Does anyone have a phone number for Belkin support?

I have been searching their site for it, and both their phone and email support options simply crash whenever I rty to use them, their Live chat is offline: really can't find a means of getting in touch with them.

In case anyone has any ideas:

I have a problem with my N1 wireless router dropping my wireless connections every few minutes (and sometimes more frequently) whenever I have more than one device connected. This is incredibly annoying as there are 3 laptops in the house and I don't think that it is unreasonable to expect to be able to use more than one at a time connected to the network.

I have already tried things like fixing the channel so it doesn't swap around - seems to have made no difference.

Any other clues or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

anon : I've seen a lot of posts about the flaky support that basically consists of support copying and pasting a section of the manual that you have already read. I'm not going to give out about them as they do have a job to do. I have had a lot of contact with them recently over router problems and powerline products. Although their copy and paste approach I find condecending, belkin does deliver on its lifetime guarentee. My router and nearly all of my powerlines have been replaced without a quibble

One of the better vendor support groups ??
