The information you posted doesn't necessarily show us what we need to best assist you. What you describe (packet loss/slow browse) is typically a connection related issue and is not caused by the router. Notice I said "typically".
These look pretty good... but maybe something is hiding.

This could be part of your wireless issue:
Wireless channel set to 1 Wireless power set to 250
Try channel 2 and power 10 (400) or channel 10 power 10... stay away from channel 1 and 11.
Check your DSL diagnostics page and post the values that show up there. People here will help.
