SRFireside join:2001-01-19 Houston, TX	I remember Grande I liked them. They had a really great tiered service back in 2001 when I was in Austin. Prices were good and the service was better than Time Warner. Support was spot on as well. Of course it's been a while since I was in their service area. They still doing pretty good as far providing service and support.

They have been having financial difficulties for some time and I think that is what caused their customer service to go down hill. last year when I looked, there prices were just slightly higher or on par with TW.
