Support was spot on as well. Of course it's been a while since I was in their service area. They still doing pretty good as far providing service and support. I have only heard the complete opposite.
They have been having financial difficulties for some time and I think that is what caused their customer service to go down hill.
last year when I looked, there prices were just slightly higher or on par with TW. However, it is a great failsafe if TW decides to implement caps.
