How does it work?</B><br><br>In simple terms, when you request a packet of information (i.e. www address), it is sent out over your phone line. The request is then routed to the Internet and the response is received at LOOK's Headend. <B>The data collected is then sent from one of LOOK's transmitters in your area to the antenna at your home via a dedicated wireless data channel.</B> This data is then delivered to LOOK's high-speed wireless modem and downloaded to your computer. On Ultrafast 1, the data is returned to the server via telco-return, giving it a speed at 33.6Kbps. On our Ultrafast 2 service, the data is returned to the server by the antennae at a speed of 200Kbps!]]></description>

I get downloads upto 400KB-500KB/s sometimes, usually average around 300KB/s.<br><br>Only problem is it's still Telco return here.<br>I live in the Niagara Falls/St.Catharines area of Ontario.<br>20 minutes west LOOK is two way.<br><br>My question is.. any LOOK users or techs out there that know if our area is going to be upgraded to two way soon?<br>Cable and DSL are both available to me, but I like my look and would prefer to keep it.<br><br>Ty for any replies.]]></description>
