3. How does it work?

In simple terms, when you request a packet of information (i.e. www address), it is sent out over your phone line. The request is then routed to the Internet and the response is received at LOOK's Headend. The data collected is then sent from one of LOOK's transmitters in your area to the antenna at your home via a dedicated wireless data channel. This data is then delivered to LOOK's high-speed wireless modem and downloaded to your computer. On Ultrafast 1, the data is returned to the server via telco-return, giving it a speed at 33.6Kbps. Only problem is it's still Telco return here.
I live in the Niagara Falls/St.Catharines area of Ontario.
20 minutes west LOOK is two way.

My question is.. any LOOK users or techs out there that know if our area is going to be upgraded to two way soon?
Cable and DSL are both available to me, but I like my look and would prefer to keep it.
