<description><![CDATA[cliffro posted : it does not explain your TV issues that "I" know of, but 9-11pm is a peak usage time, and can do exactly what you mention, slow down.<br><br>They told me a week on my phone too, but it was working the day my internet and cable were turned on.<br><br>Good Luck with AT&T, I for one don't miss them.]]></description>
