The spray took to it much easier than I thought it would. Not sure if it was Powder Coat though. I used Rustoleum Universal. The inside is Flat and the outside is gloss Satin. I was able to disassemble the panels and do them one at a time (killing as few braincells as I could at a time). I picked the paint based on the fact it had a cool can (Kinda stupid but it worked out).
