Re: RE:Cambridge law professor says DRM pushes users to illegal this is where my issue with the DMCA comes in. its like building a freeway with a limit of 75mph(Fair Use), selling cars governed to 55mph(DRM), and passing a law making it illegal to remove the speed limiter(DMCA).
in short one law says yes you can but you have to break another to be allowed to still follow the previous.
