I do mine every year and once they open up it is much better for the property. No beer before he goes up on the roof. Yeah, when I saw it this AM, I was like "shit". I hate going on the roof. I'd go on my lower roof above the garage, but I'm not going all the way up top. So, I'll flip him some $, and make him lunch and call it a day.
Yeah I told him already, no beer or steak until he's done. He's a younger guy (26). Love's a party, as do I, but this is serious shit, and I take it seriously. I don't need him falling off my roof, and I doubt he'd like it too much either.
