I don't know what's public tracker, I use emule, and I limit upload to 10kb/s, but still, 60GB can be reached at around 48 hours.

the ratio is about 1:50, which means I get 50kb of download per 1kb upload.

canada		 If your upload is limited to 10 kbits, you must be downloading a F%$# load to reach 60 GIG in 2 days. That takes some real work. What are you D/L exactly? That's roughly 40 movies.
