Evening connection problems

I am having the same problem with my DSL Extreme. I moved to this house about 3 months ago and since the move, during the day works like a charm, (down again!!) any way, every single night at 8PM central time with approximately 11-17 mins intervals, i get disconnected! and then reconnected. When it goes off, both DSL and internet go off, but DSL is only off for 1/2 sec when then it returns with a flashing red light , then flashing green until solid then internet light comes back on solid but for about 3 secs it will turn solid red then back green! My husband and I play games at night together but lately, it is sooo frustrating.
I did this but dont know if this is the info I really need to show.

Hi jspike1129 -

Based on some of the information you have listed above, it sounds like you may be a BellSouth client on their DSL Xtreme package and not using us "DSL Extreme" as your ISP. Can you confirm if you are a DSL Extreme client? I ask as this is a common confusion here in the forums and we want to make sure we get you to the right forum if you are a BellSouth client.

If you are a DSL Extreme client, have you spoken to our technical support team. What you described sounds like an issue with the physical line itself between the modem and phone companies central office. We would want to isolate the line with you and open up a ticket with the phone company if necessary.

Thanks,

wow. I came here to post a similar problem. In the evening time anywhere between 5 and 7:30 or so the sync will just drop. I used to be getting over 3000 kbps (on the 3 mbps package) But lately my max is 2800 or so. When it goes down it take about a min to come back up and the speed is AWFUL. It just went down a few min ago and my downstream speed is 512 kbps. Restarting over and over makes it go back up. Ive tested sync rate at the NID right after it disconnects and its pretty slow. After testing it at the NID I hooked it back up inside and it synced "faster?" in the house. It just started doing this lately. Whats going on? I was having such a good run! 10 days w/o disconnect! :(

EDIT: It's not the modem. Ive tried it with 2 C90-610030-06's and a 2701HG-B but all have the same problem.
