[BC] Ping jumps

PointGuard @shawcable.net	[BC] Ping jumps I use shaw hight speed and i am from burnaby. My DL speed is good but my ping has random jumps, from 30~65~45~33 and these jumps is causing me lags on online games. Here is my test result: »/tweakr/block:···a=normal Thank you, if you guys can help me out.

Lesaonar join:2000-07-25 Victoria, BC	Ping in that range is not what's causing the lag.
