Re: One-Year Contract

Why wouldn't they grandfather in the February 1, 2007 - May 29, 2009 customers and change them to 1 year? Sadly, that seems typical of what Vonage has become ..... screw the customers with fees at every turn. If I had signed up on May 28th, you can bet I would be telling everybody I knew how they screwed me and warn them about ever signing up for service.

You know Vonage could have a good reason for doing so. Such as the cost of their ATAs has dropped considerably allowing them to do 1 year contracts and still turn a profit off a customer... Or they could just be anal.... Hard to know for sure either way.
