Jetbroadband Oceana, Wv Area

Well I Knew jetbroadband was horrible when it first came around, But i just recently got it about 2 months ago, and the first couple days it was slow so i waited it out then it got fast and stable for a month but lately i'm going fast during the DAY and extremely slow at NIGHT 25-40% packet loss and i mean the late hours like 10 pm - 6 am its just completely slow cant even hardly load a web page, i've tried calling them and they just seem to be in the dark about this issue they say there sending a tech out but from past experience they aren't very good at actually sending the guy. Is anyone else experiencing anything like this? i've asked alot of my friends and they aren't experiencing this with mach 2, but i have mach 3. any ideas or anything?

Maybe their doing maintenance and/or upgrades during the night hours. I'd give it a few weeks. I know that for awhile I would lose my connection in the early AM sometimes but eventually it got better.

Have you done a trace route to see exactly where the packets are being dropped? It might not have anything to do with Jet at all.

Also, the protocol analyzer Wireshark can tell you a lot if you know how to use it.

Please provide me with your IP address or cable modem MAC address and I will look into what's causing your slow speeds.

Thanks.
