some unlucky reason I've talked to this girl whenever calling in (three times)

The first call was to cancel my i-xtreme promotion as it was running out and went back to regular speed and she sounded so annoyed talking to me

The second call we talked about the different packages, prices and competitors speeds

she claimed that the Shaw high-speed (not lite) upload speed was 512 Kilobytes, i asked if she meant kilobits and she puts me on hold for awhile to come back and say no, Is there any other questions you need answered she asks? no thanks...

today I called in because I was thinking of canceling and going with a Telus promotion and its her again and she just seems really agitated or annoyed to talk to me again, finally I got annoyed and said I'd like to cancel, she puts me on hold and transfers me to another customer support representative...so I get to start over again but at least its not with her
