How do you plan to get the ADSL2+ service to customers? The ILEC owns the copper, so yes you have to pay them to use their copper.

You have to co-locate DSLAM's in each CO you want to service out of. Of course to do that, you have to gain access from the ILEC, which will require you to be a CLEC.

I could keep going, but unless you have millions of $$$ .....

Well, i'm just saying, that in my country it's horrible. They're ripoffs, and have no service to speak of, and it goes more down than a rabbit on his wife.

That's what i mean by, it can't be that hard.

In my region there are almost no ADSL2 service here to speak of, so i figured maybe i could build me a small service, but i guess not, since the bloody telco owns everything...
