NO! It's not what SC needs. It's called if YOU want it YOU build it. Why should your neighbor have to pay for your Internet in the form of taxes. If you want a faster connection build your own company or cough up the money for the business class connections. After all TWC has Ethernet Pricing and direct Fiber available. And its faster than what you have in NC and SC's Gov't funded "ISP"
