| [Streamyx] High ping problem and contacting techies. Hi, i'm still new in this forum 
I have a high ping problem using streamyx.
I'm a CS player and i tested on cmd my ping to the cs server i've been playing..

And this is the result when i try pinging to tm.net.my
I know many had asked about this question..Ping high.. Latency high, cannot play CS,BF2 etc.
So what i wanna ask here, when i call TM and talk to the technician, what i'm suppose to ask her/him about high ping problem? I mean when i said "I have low connection problem" they'll ask me to check my pc....my phone line.....my modem......my splitter. So if i having this high latency problem.. how am i gonna ask them? like this? "Hello, saya ada masalah high latency". Like that? Because when i said that they'll ask "Which website that ping is?" Or i've asked it the wrong way.. Any other way to ask them?
Hope you guys understand.
Btw.. My download and upload speed fine..just my ping like shit, took me 1.5secs to change weapon in CS. Ping like 300++

| bro, things with streamyx is you get different results on different IP eq. 60.51.xx.xx, 115.xx.xx.xx, 60.48.xx.xx, please indicate your location and post results from every IPs available from your location. |
