[Cable] Should I be concerned?

I consistently get what is referred to as below average upload. Should I be concerned. If so what can be done? I am on what I am told is the 16 MB tier.

Re: [Cable] Should I be concerned?

16-2 The speed test calls the sownload higher than normal and the upload lower than normal so I was wondering if I was missing out of how this computer should be set up.

Re: [Cable] Should I be concerned?

If you are on a 16/2 plan, you got more than that in the speed test that you posted.

Nothing to be concerned about.

Re: [Cable] Should I be concerned?

One more question. With this speed should download speed for lage file (dltv) of 1.35 Mb/s be the norm?

Re: [Cable] Should I be concerned?

That is like 11mb/s. I would consider that good. Your DL speeds are going to be different from site to site; and also on that one site.

You have to deal with sever congestion, the route taken to the site, data error/retransmissions, etc .....
