Should I be concerned. If so what can be done? I am on what I am told is the 16 MB tier. -- My grandkids ARE cuter than yours!

Your DL speeds are going to be different from site to site; and also on that one site. You have to deal with sever congestion, the route taken to the site, data error/retransmissions, etc ..... -- "You can observe a lot by watching". Yogi Berra
