<description><![CDATA[brianmcd posted : I was on the phone with Verizon Technical Support to get my WAN Port re-enabled and had to do a Hard reset of my Actiontec Router (Rev E 20.8.0).  When it came back online I noticed that it had been upgraded to 20.9.0.  I'm not certain if Verizon sent the update out or if it happened as part of the hard reset.]]></description>
