This should be stickied because by the time the June bills roll around there will be people too lazy to look back beyond page 1...

Issue:
A number of ATTIS bills generated between 5/15‐5/19 for the Midwest and Southwest regions have not been sent to Telco for billing due to corrupt files. Charges may be visible online. However, they were not sent to Telco resulting in the impacted end users not receiving a DSL bill for the month of May. Approximately 40,000 end users will see an impact in Midwest (20,000) and Southwest (20,000) regions.

Resolution:
The corrupt files have been identified and corrected. All the unsent bills will transmit to Telco on 5/22. For end users whose May bill falls into the 5/17‐5/22 window and who did not receive their May DSL billing, those charges will appear on their June bill. As June billing will occur on the normal date, these end users will see two monthly charges in June after seeing no charge in May for their DSL service.

This is not double-billing issue
