Generally, you will see a "sun" sign, usually a combination of the Function "fn" key and another designated key (or 2 keys, 1 brighter/1 dimmer). Even within a given brand name, different models may have different keys assigned. If worse comes to worse, you can always go over to Toshiba's web page and download the user's manual for your model #.
