I spent over 30 mins on the phone with them today about my speeds. Since the change over I am pulling off another,further away, tower and speeds are bad. You need to contact advance tech support if you want out. they can do it for you. dont waste your time with local pootheads! this info came straight from the advance tech rep I talked to today. They can make the decision based on your dropped speeds. goodluck!
