EMBWayne posted : Recently, I purchased a new system running Microsoft Windows Vista Premium with Office 2007 Professional with 4 GB of RAM. I have Vonage video IP telephone service. I’ve tried to configure Bria for Outlook to work with Outlook 2007. Technical support for both these products leave something to be desired. I spent approximately 9 hours trying to get this configuration correct and my success has been... I wouldn’t be here if I had a success.

I am using Bria for Outlook Version 2.0.2. Listed below what I believe to be the most critical configuration settings:

User ID: my Vonage telephone number (not my Vonage soft phone number)
Password: the special password Vonage assigned to me.
Authorization User Name:	my Vonage telephone number (not my Vonage soft phone number)

Domain Proxy:
Register with domain and receive incoming calls	check box is checked

Send outbound via:
	domain
	proxy sphone.vopr.vonage.net
	target domain

SIP listen port:
	Manual override:	5070

Topology
	IP address
 Discover global address Yes
 Use of local IP address
	STUN server
 Discover server Yes
 Use of this server
Enable ICE check box is checked

After entering the above configuration settings, rebooting and loading Outlook 2007, the Bria toolbar indicates that telephone service is available; however, I cannot receive calls nor can we make calls. When I placed a call to my softphone number, there is no message displayed that there is an incoming call. Likewise, when I make an outgoing call I did not hear any touchtone sounds on an extension.

Devices:
	Headset Mode:
 Speaker:	my speakers
 Microphone:	(2-CS50/CS60-USB He
	Speakerphone Mode:
 Speaker:	my speakers
 Microphone:	(2-CS50/CS60-USB He
	Phone Ring Device:
 Ring device:	my speakers

Does anyone have any suggestions and figure Bria for Outlook 2007 to work on a Windows Vista Premium system?
