i have had great performance in my area over the last 2 years from charter, 10mbit/1mbit and for the last 5 months it has been 20mbit/2mbit. I have been getting consistant speeds, little to no downtime, and transparent (non existant?) caps.I would NOT like to see TWC or comcast here.
