I have been noticing issues in the evening also. Havent done a speed test but I will tonight if it starts acting up. I normally get about 16mbs down and 2 or 3 mbs up.
Short burst of speed (downstream) that is only available to VIP subs.
Good for about 15 sec or so. You get whatever bandwidth is available but after that it goes down to 10/1 connection.
