I live in Cedar Rapids and am having the exact same problem! This really sucks for me because I do most of my gaming time at night around 8-9. I compete in a league called cevo and the 120+ ping in games doesnt help, when during the day in a chicago server it is 30. Need this solved quick so that I can game again!!
Yeah I tried playing some L4D a bit earlier and my ping no matter what server I was on were around 130, which isn't normal - sounds like a major capacity issue.
