Re: [AZ] Cox Announces New Speed Tier--Premier Plus at up to 28M

Hi.

Qwest charges $79.99 for 20mb service on a month-to-month basis. Or $69.99 for 12 mos. if you sign a contract.

Seems like Cox is a better deal PLUS if you bundle you get more savings. I'm already saving $33 a month with bundling and 20mb service.

if that package is $79 that very weak, and i wouldnt order that package nor support it, with still only have max 2.5mb upload with powerboost. Hell here are 20mb down package comes with up to 3mb upload here. but i only see close to 2mb up.

»www.provantage.com/motorola-5451···901Y.htm --people like this site alittle better then other, but its alittle more in price, but still a good price.
»www.compuplus.com/i-Motorola-SUR···2o1dd714 --this one is $80 and hell you can get 2day shipping with it for only $97 which is cheaper then most places without shipping.

I have to agree, that package is extremely weak for a DOCSIS 3 product. Heck I've seen those speeds (obviously they were monkeying around with something) on DOCSIS 1.1 here.

Well id like to see a 30/5 package or so atleast. I mean hell its not always about the download speeds, not when you have millions of people who game and host games, and that uses your upload speeds, and with low 2mb up connections, your hosting aint gunna be that good.

actually to a new Qwest customer, at 20Mbps, it is $45 a month for 12 months (also the price is locked for life according to the flyer I picked up today from apt office. here in Tucson)
