Unfortunately, as there are few alternatives, (eg. in a TWC/AT&T area - they are 'it' ).
If both carriers promote bandwidth billing, who will stop them.
No other carrier is out there building infrastructure (Covad / Sonic or Clearwire) - Its basically collusion. I still tip my hat to those that are fighting against it (i.e. Verizon / Frontier)
