it sounds like business as usual so far at the "new" FCC
It will all really depend on Genachowski as the new Chairman. The FCC panel of 5 is dominated by the Chairman who really sets the tone for the FCC, as was seen with Martin.

So, it MAY NOT be business as usual depending on Genachowski's agenda and guidance from the White House.
