<description><![CDATA[n2jtx posted : It sounds like the FCC is going to turn into Canada's CRTC.  That agency is already completely owned by the industry due to industry insiders.  There was some hope the FCC would be able to rise above that but it looks like the telco's will own everything north of the Mexican border.<br><small>--<br>I support the right to keep and arm bears.</small>]]></description>
