So long as you have the proper Shaw newsgroup name entered (default is news.shawcable.net), there really isn't much more that Shaw could help with in setting up your particular client.

Basic information can be found here: »www.shaw.ca/en-ca/CustomerCare/I···wsgroups but again, it's not Grabit specific. Best to go to the Filesharing forum if you are having trouble configuring it.
