| Oceanic Road Runner Ever since February I've had problems with Oceanic Time Warner cable. Pixel problems, freezing, black screen, internet down, "local internet" only issues....
First, a tech came out and told me that they thought it was an issue with the cable box but realize with all the people complaining it wasn't. And that there isn't anything they could do until it was resolved on "Oceanic" time warners end. So till now I go through watching a show and it gets stuck, or freezes. Gotta change the channel then come back... then HD channels that I'm paying extra for is consistantly having pixel problems or freezing as well.... tech says nothing he can do since my box and signals are fine..... ??????????
Second is my internet... lag, and local internet access only. I'm paying over $30 something and I get this problem daily!
I'm thinking of getting Hawaiian telecoms internet and getting outta this Oceanic thing...... glad to know i'm not the only one having problems!! |
