Re: Site visitor info? As the other poster pointed out it would also depend on what tools Comcast makes available to you. Also, you could get a hosting package from another provider that uses a graphical user face such as cPanel, directadmin, plesk etc.
As for blocking an IP address that would not necessarily be the perfect remedy since most end users have a dynamic based service. Therefore, they would simply pull new IPS from their ISP’s DHCP pool. The renewal of IPS could happen daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. depending on how everything is setup on the ISPs side.
You could always block the entire subnet but you might be blocking a mass of valid visitors.
