I am guessing you are on a KU satellite(HN7000 units). Some KU band satellites have had power problems as of late. An upgrade is the Hughesnet SpaceWay3 KA band satellite. But you need a new install with new dish and HN9000 modem. -- Consumer Rights is more than just a suggestion.
