Once agian without an exact location I can't get a more accurate reading. You however can go to TVfool.com and enter your address and then show us what it says. |

You might want to check with them to see if the rules have been changed because of this. I'm not in your area, but I was surprised to find out that my apt. complex now allows DirectTV dishes attached to the outside balconies. They didn't used to allow that.
