anon posted : signed up with att dsl basic (UP TO 768) 2 months ago.
my speeds have been slow since beginning.
average of many speed tests show download is 327 and upload is 326.
with my previous supplier, dsl extreme, my download speeds were always around 670.
just spent 1 1/2 hours on phone with several att departments (tech, order, billing, maintainance). all say nothing is wrong. they checked line and say it's ok.
i asked every one of them if my line was speed capped and all said no.
i even ordered and installed the att supported modem and since everything else is the same, why would my speed be less than 1/2 what i got with previous supplier?
thanks
