1 edit		 not all accounts have been migrated yet, but it appears any new accounts created have the new limits in place already.

EDIT:
I just went to the online customer care page at secure.shaw.ca, logged in, went to the internet services page, and edited my emails (without making any actual changes), hit submit, and it seems to have triggered the upgrade in the system.
