FTC's authority gives it the power to shut down companies that appear to be engaged in unfair and deceptive practices,
If the above mentioned is the case, I can probably name many other ISPs that engage in unfair and deceptive practices. Throttling with DPI comes to mind, anyone else want to add to it?
