So yeah, 28 Mbps downstream.<br><br>While I agree that 25/2 for $79 is weak (I might test it for a month, but wouldn't keep it around) I suppose it's better than Qwest's 896k up DSL which ranges from 1.5 to 20 Mbps depending on your area. Oh, and there's that annoying 15% speed penalty with Qwest, but not with Cox.]]></description>
