jmn1207 : According to the site comparison for the different tiers, after the boost is over, regular speeds are 25/2 for the Premier Plus tier while 15/1.5 is the best you can hope for with just Premier.
elpresidente : The advantage is that 25 down/2.5 up meg speedtest your showing there is fake and only viable in the first 3 minutes of a download,I get 36/6 on those on my trusty docsis 2 surfboard 5101. But when its time to download a multi-linux distro pack of say 8 gigs it goes down to 15 megs after the first 3 minutes. With the new plans that becomes a constant 25 meg down pipe, with hd content these days at 4-18gb a pop that saves 25-100 minutes downloading large content. This is more for power users downloading big content, not the casual gamers/users.
