Re: [Line Problem] DSL/Voice Degradation - no dialtone and now s Well, it turns out that Covad had made some sort of change in their software which was causing the problem. On tuesday, they launched a new build which seems to have corrected the issue.
It took posting my frustrations to my facebook page to get any info (not sure if they were working on it separately). One of my old earthlink friends from Pasadena still works at the company (now in ATL) and she called the head of DSL to ask him to look in on it. |
