WSAH is based out of bridegeport CT. the warning may apply to every viewer but the station does have a responsibility to the city of license.

And yes, you are far too hung up on a TV station. |

| reply to icemannyr1 The audio on WSAH sounds great since yesterday. However, I still see the red tint flashes in the video quality that have been described here in this forum and at the Direct forum by myself and others. I have reported the incorrect programming guide information to the Direct forum so hopefully they can get that fixed as well. I just hope that the audio fix isn't temporary like it was last month when it started out with low bad sound and then got better for a few days only to go back to being inaudible. |

Phase 2 - Fix Guide - Complete
Phase 3 - Get RetroTV on full time - Write your letters to WSAH!
said by Ron_WSAH :If you want to see more, get your feelings to me in a good old fashioned letter. Letters have to be retained for 2 years. WSAH-TV, 7 Wakeley Street, Seymour CT 06483. I'm gathering up all the positive and "wish there were more" letters and forwarding them on to my upper management. |

| reply to icemannyr1 The guide for WSAH still has some errors. First, the wrong I Spy series is listed for 6 PM. The one listed in the guide is a TV-Y rated educational show featuring characters named Spyler and CeCe; this is definitely not the correct listings for the classic Bill Cosby series. Second, there are listings in the guide for Night Gallery at 12 Midnight and Alfred Hitchcock Presents at 12:30 AM when there are actually infomercials on during those times. Finally, Verizon needs to change the logo on channel 19 WSAH from Gems TV to RTV. |

Tribune Media made some assumptions and linked our schedule to RTV's national schedule, this has been brought to their attention. It takes a few days for everything to trickle through the system.
Guide artwork is being sent to the various guide services as well.
Thank you for your concern. |

Have you received any letters in the mail or any emails yet from viewers requesting that the RTN schedule be expanded? Just curious. I plan to get mine out this weekend. |

Yep, about 20 emails mostly to RTV, and a total of TWO letters. I guess people are more content to complain on the interwebz than fight for what they want.
Looking forward to yours, as I said I have to retain them for 2 years and will be forwarding the best of upstairs. |

If so, then it's vindication for many of us here who felt the technical problems were WSAH's (or Retro's) and not Verizon's. It's bittersweet, because I love shows like the A-Team and Rockford Files. But it was really difficult to watch them in such poor video quality, with red flashes every 20 seconds, and horribly out of sync audio. |
