What's the point of upgrading to D3 if they just increase the price of every advanced tier? The vast majority of users won't see any benefits as they all subscribe to the lowest tier. This is just a way for Cox to migrate their power users to higher priced plans, increasing their own revenue at the expense of their (capped) users.
Besides, Cablevision has offered 30/5 for years for much cheaper than this.
